Clean out your closets of GENTLY worn shoes of any type — and bring them in. Just no metal spikes, ice skates or roller blades. FUMC members who are part of the Northville Novi chapter of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) have partnered with FUMC to collect shoes to distribute to micro-entrepreneurs in developing countries. The entrepreneurs sell the shoes in their local communities, promoting commerce opportunities and economic stability. Place donations on lower shelf of silver shelving unit. Questions?
