Adopt a 12-13 year old boy in the Juhnke cottage for Christmas! Stop by the giving tree during Connections time and pick up an ornament with the list of items needed. Methodist Children’s Home Society
The Methodist Children’s Home Society Family of Services is a child and family welfare agency with locations in Metro Detroit providing foster care and adoption, mental health services, transitional living, child abuse prevention, support for refugee children, teen infant parenting services, and a new charter school featuring a trauma-informed curriculum. Their 80-acre campus in Redford is home to 60 boys between the ages of 5 and 18. The campus serves as “home” until they find the permanency of a loving family.
